Introduction

At 27 (Two-Seven) Coaching & Counseling, I support the supporters. I work with first responders, teachers, caregivers, cancer survivors, and other high-stress professionals, as well as adults navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief, or major life transitions. Many people come to me feeling stuck in survival mode. They may be overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or struggling to balance the demands of work, family, and life while continually putting their own needs last. Code 27 in law enforcement means out of service-your permission to pause, take a break, take care, heal, and make room for joy. Using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I integrate nervous system education, somatic practices, and mindfulness to help adults understand and heal the effects of trauma, chronic stress, and burnout. You deserve the same care you give to everyone else. It's time to go Code 27-out of service. Give yourself permission to pause, take a break, take care, heal, and make room for joy. I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you move beyond survival mode. Reach out today to get started.
