Compassion and curiosity are at the heart of my approach. I view healing as a journey, not a destination—and the therapy space as a powerful tool for exploration, insight, and intentional growth. Whether you're seeking therapy for self-discovery, to process trauma, navigate identity, or make meaning from life transitions, I aim to meet you exactly where you are. I don’t believe people are broken. I believe that with support and self-awareness, each of us has the capacity to grow, heal, and change. My role is to walk beside you—offering reflection, reframing, inquiry, and validation as you uncover your strengths, clarify your needs, and move toward the life you want. My approach integrates the mind, body, and emotions. I believe the body holds wisdom and memory, and by including it in our work, we can unlock insight and release stuck patterns in a deeper way. Our work together may include somatic awareness, inner parts work, or simply slowing down enough to really feel what’s happening in the moment. Therapy doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Our lives are shaped by complex systems—our families, cultures, histories, and social locations. I hold an anti-oppressive lens in my work and actively examine how racism, sexism, heterosexism, and other systemic forces impact mental health and well-being. I'm committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space for all identities and bodies. I draw from several therapeutic modalities to influence our work, including: Compassionate Inquiry - influenced by Dr. Gabor Maté Internal Family Systems (IFS) – working with your internal parts Psychodynamic Therapy – understanding early relationships and unconscious patterns Somatic Approaches – tuning into the body’s messages and wisdom You don’t need to arrive at therapy with all the answers. Together, we’ll slow down, get curious, and follow the threads of your experience—toward more self-understanding and connection.
