Introduction

I use a trauma-informed, collaborative, direct, client-in-environment approach. This means that I think about each of us as a product of the systems that we grew up in – the people who raised us, our love interests, our neighborhoods, our extended family, our friend groups, our school, our town, our work environments, etc.. I am a very curious, compassionate, and non-judgmental clinician with passion for my work and for mental health recovery in general.
