Introduction

As a LICSW with 10+ years of clinical & supervisory experience, I have worked with a wide variety of clients across settings. I am most passionate about working with youth & young adults (ages 10-25). My areas of expertise include individuals with adoption/foster care histories & trauma (esp. child sexual abuse). I believe in the importance of incorporating family members to make change & have substantial experience with family therapy. I have worked with youth who have had a parent die by suicide. I also enjoy working with adult women facing a variety of issues including life transitions, parenting, & struggles with relationships. I have worked in community-based mental health settings. I am trained in several evidence-based treatments such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My clients and supervisees describe me as compassionate, honest, and unconditionally supportive and I strive integrate these qualities into my practice.
