Taking the step to start therapy is courageous, and you don't have to navigate it alone. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and weave in humor to lighten heavy moments. I work with individuals managing life transitions, burnout, trauma recovery, and patterns that no longer serve them. Drawn to exploring how family dynamics, culture, and generational roots shape who we are, I’ll help you connect past experiences to present struggles—uncovering insights to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Think of me as a fellow traveler on your journey. I blend CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, somatic work, and attachment theory into a space tailored to you. I'll validate your lived experiences while gently challenging perspectives holding you back. Together, we’ll build skills to help you achieve your goals, and be the best version of you. Outside the office, I enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest with my dog, capturing moments through photography, getting lost in a good book, and traveling (or planning my next trip). I view life, and therapy, as a beautiful, worthwhile adventure. Stepping into this space takes courage, but hope and healing are within reach. I'd love to support your journey!
