I believe our patterns make sense—even the ones we wish we could change. The way we respond to stress, relationships, conflict, emotions, or uncertainty often has a history. Understanding where those patterns come from can give us more choice in how we respond today. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapy. Together, we'll explore the connections between your experiences, emotions, relationships, and patterns while also developing practical tools you can use in real life. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. You may be struggling in a relationship, navigating a life transition, or simply wondering, “Why do I keep doing this?” You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. You just need to be curious about what could be different. My clinical experience includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and recovery. I bring that experience to understanding the whole person—not simply treating a symptom or diagnosis. Therapy is a collaborative process, and your goals are at the center of our work. My role is to help you better understand yourself, develop new possibilities, and move toward the life and relationships you want. If something here resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. We can start with a conversation and see whether we're a good fit.
