Introduction

Meeting for therapy or coaching has a wide ranging experience for people. Some people come to therapy or coaching with a specific focus: wanting to understand the patterns that keep resurfacing; death of a loved one; transition in life, work and/or self/community; childhood trauma; traumatic event(S); and/or open ended, "How do I/we?.... There are many ways to support people, couples, and systems. These include and are not limited to: Hakomi, IFS, Mindfulness, Yoga and Restorative Yoga, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Parts work, Cognitive Processing therapy for Trauma, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Gottman and many more tools honed over my 20+ years of experience and ongoing training in mental health. Currently I am offering Telehealth/Video sessions for therapy or coaching, with one day in an office setting, and offering walk and talks. Sessions are private pay. There is form that can be sent via the Simple Practice portal that will let you seek reimbursement with your insurance provider. The process requires a DSM-5 (listed as an ICD-10 CPT code) on the form for insurance, and this will be discussed together if you choose this option. If you want to go this route, you can contact your insurance provider and inquire about OON (out of network benefits) and work with them to learn how to submit these forms and receive reimbursement. The response from insurance varies greatly, and can change often. To support your decision process, I am happy to offer a brief consultation to see if working together would be the best outcome for you. Please fill out the form if you would like to move forward. Thank you, A
