Hello, how are you? Meeting for therapy is a wide ranging experience for folks, and where we start and how we work, depends on the information we gather at the beginning of meeting, and throughout our time together. Some people come to therapy with a specific focus: wanting to understand the patterns that keep resurfacing; death of a loved one; transition in life, work and/or self/community; childhood trauma; traumatic event(S); and/or open ended, "How do I go about changing something, I am not clear about knowing"? There are many ways to support people, couples, and systems that are seeking support. These include and are not limited to: Hakomi, Mindfulness, Yoga and Restorative Yoga, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Parts work, Cognitive Processing therapy for Trauma, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Gottman and many more tools honed over my 20+ years of experience and ongoing training. In person or Telehealth/Video sessions are offered for therapy or coaching. Clients range from individuals, couples, groups and organizations. To support your decision process, I am happy to offer a free consultation to see if working together would be the best outcome for you.
