Introduction

With over 15 years of experience in behavioral health and 6 years as a professional counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. My experience spans both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing me with a broad perspective on mental health and the unique needs of clients across all levels of care. I work with children, teens, and adults facing a wide range of concerns, from everyday stress and life transitions to more complex mental health challenges. My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, suicidality, self-harm, and other serious mental health concerns. I believe that no concern is too big or too small, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and goals. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual's needs, I help clients develop practical coping skills, build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult time, managing a chronic mental health condition, or pursuing personal growth, I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you move forward with confidence and hope. I offer both in-person and telehealth counseling services to make quality mental health care accessible and convenient for children, teens, and adults.
