I am a graduate student intern completing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. As a developing counselor, my approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and respect for each individual’s experience, and I believe meaningful progress happens when clients feel genuinely understood within a consistent and supportive therapeutic relationship. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-informed practices, and client-centered therapy to support clients in building insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. I value slowing down and creating space for reflection, both personally and professionally, and I bring this intentionality into my work with clients, remaining attentive to the small, meaningful moments that help people reconnect with themselves and others. I am available for day and evening appointments, in person or via telehealth. I look forward to working with you and supporting you through your journey.
