Introduction

I've spent 20+ years in classrooms, courtrooms, jails, and healing spaces, forming my integrated, trauma-informed approach to treatment. Whether you are a couple or an individual struggling with the collateral damage of trauma, I can help broaden your perspective, increase self-compassion, and navigate the road to a happier, more peaceful life. My passion lies in stuck patterns, addiction, self-harm, relationship struggles, identity/sexuality exploration, caregiver burnout, and childhood trauma. I offer an affirming, transparent, and non-judgmental space with a side of humor and an abundance of compassion and respect. My clinical expertise is rooted in the psychological fragmentation of the self, transgenerational dysfunction, and multigenerational addiction and self-harm. I'm just a guide on your journey to becoming unstuck and unburdened.
