You may be the person everyone relies on — the steady one, the responsible one, the one who keeps going — while privately feeling exhausted, anxious, resentful, disconnected, or unsure who you are outside of what others need from you. Many of the people I work with are trying to understand painful relationship patterns, codependency, addiction or recovery, family stress, trauma, grief, or the quiet ache of realizing life does not look the way they hoped it would. Therapy with me is compassionate, honest, and depth-oriented. I help clients understand the patterns underneath their symptoms: how they learned to survive, what those strategies have cost, and what a freer life may require now. I have a particular heart for addiction/recovery, codependency, military families, first responders and relational shame. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Many people start with only a sense that something is not working anymore. My hope is to offer a grounded, respectful space where we can look honestly at your life without shame and begin making room for clarity, courage, and new choices.
