I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist supporting adults and meaningful relationships through anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, and major life transitions—work that asks for steadiness, curiosity, and sometimes a shared sense of humor to make room for clarity. I work with people navigating significant responsibility, aging, illness diagnoses such as Parkinson’s, and the existential questions of identity and meaning that can arise even in vibrant, resilient lives. My work includes somatic therapy, psychedelic preparation and integration, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in private practice, alongside involvement in clinical psychedelic research with UCSF’s Translational Psychedelics Research Program. I bring a steady presence and clear perspective, helping people integrate what they’re experiencing and find their way forward. This work is especially well suited for thoughtful, creative, and engaged individuals—from their mid-20s to 70s—who value depth, emotional clarity, and meaningful change. Sessions are available in person in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, as well as virtually. Aliss offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation to explore fit and next steps.
