I offer a deeply compassionate and grounding presence to my work, shaped by over 25 years of experience supporting individuals through grief, chronic illness, and end-of-life journeys. I work with adults navigating their own health conditions, caring for loved ones, or processing loss — whether anticipatory or after it occurs. I understand that experiences like grief and caregiving don’t follow a clear path, and often come with questions like, “What is normal?” The answer is simple: there is no one way to experience these moments. I create space for clients to move through these experiences in their own way, at their own pace, without judgment or expectation. With a soft, mindful approach, I help clients reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and recognize their own inner capacity to navigate life’s most difficult seasons. I believe therapy is a deeply personal process — not one-size-fits-all but centered on each individual’s needs, experiences, and goals. I bring a mindful, somatic, and strength-based lens to my work. Sessions often begin with a grounding exercise, helping clients transition into the space while also building a practical “tool-belt” of coping strategies they can carry into their daily lives. I work collaboratively with clients, supporting them in staying present moment-to-moment while gently reinforcing a core belief: that they are capable of responding to life’s challenges in ways that align with their well-being.
