We work together in creating a safe, non-judgmental and grounding space to help support you in your individual needs. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, generalized stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health experiences in pregnancy and postpartum. Finding a new therapist can at times feel overwhelming.
