Introduction

I work with children, teens, and adults who feel disconnected from themselves, whether that's through depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or simply not recognizing the person looking back in the mirror. I'm a counselor trained in Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Somatic approaches, which means I meet you where you are. For younger clients, play and creative expression often unlock what words alone cannot. For teens and adults, I blend talk therapy with somatic techniques, helping you reconnect your mind and body, especially if you've felt withdrawn or numb. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from toddlers through elders, and I'm equipped to support you through major transitions, relationship challenges, grief, identity questions, and the everyday struggles that make life feel heavy. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Let's work together to help you feel like yourself again.
