I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than a decade of experience providing thoughtful, individualized mental health care. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on understanding the whole person—not just symptoms. I specialize in psychiatric evaluation and medication management, with particular clinical interests in ADHD across the lifespan, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. Allegra Psychiatric Care is currently a self-pay practice, offering personalized care, flexible scheduling, and shorter wait times for new patients. We are currently in the process of credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. Superbills are available for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
