Introduction

Our services include specialized care for individuals, children, adolescents, teens, and families, tailored to each client’s unique needs. With a client-centered approach, we use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness to help you achieve meaningful transformation. We also offer Intensive Outpatient Programs for Adults and Teens, as well as Med Management. Most major insurance plans are accepted!
