I am a Resident in Counseling and a Licensed Music Therapist who believes healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and respected. I began my work in mental health through music therapy, where I witnessed how creative expression can open doors to understanding emotions, trauma, and identity when words alone are not enough. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy with LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent clients, and I am deeply committed to providing gender-affirming, inclusive care. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in compassion. I work to help clients better understand themselves, process past experiences, and build tools that support meaningful change and connection in their lives. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore who they are, move forward at their own pace, and feel empowered in their healing journey.
