Whether you’re questioning everything you thought you knew about yourself, working through something traumatic, or feeling lost in grief, the weight can feel impossible to carry alone. Maybe you’re a young adult wondering if you’ll ever figure things out, or you’ve recently become a parent and nothing feels like you expected. I believe healing happens in relationship. My job is to create a space where you can breathe, process, and grow without having to perform or pretend. As an LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent therapist, I know firsthand how isolating it can feel when you don’t fit the mold. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks exploring gender and sexuality, young adults navigating identity and life transitions, and new parents facing postpartum depression or the adjustment to parenthood. I also support people healing from trauma and grief. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and compassion-focused approaches, with training in LGBTQIA+-affirmative CBT. Together we’ll build skills for navigating intense emotions while honoring who you truly are. I’m interested in what’s already working for you, not just what needs to change.
