Introduction

Grief doesn't follow a timeline. Relationships get complicated. Parenthood changes everything. And sometimes life shifts in ways that are hard to name. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families through all of it, including grief, anxiety, identity shifts, family planning, pregnancy, postpartum, and divorce or separation. My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. I pay attention to patterns and what's underneath the surface, so you can too. Sessions offer space to slow down and figure that out together. Currently accepting new clients via telehealth throughout California with limited in-person spots available in Santa Barbara, CA. I accept Aetna, CenCal, UC Ship (Anthem), and superbills are available for potential out-of-network reimbursement. AMFT #159347 | Supervised by Claire Blakey, MA, LMFT #119518, PMH-C
