Allie Quast, MS, LPCC (she/her) is a licensed professional clinical counselor with more than 15 years of experience working with teens, adults, and families. Allie has training in DBT to assist in navigating through relationships, emotional highs and lows, and periods of distress. Allie’s clients would describe her as approachable, down-to-earth, understanding, and encouraging. You will find that Allie appreciates humor – and enjoys utilizing this approach in her practice. Allie holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University; and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She works with people to identify some of the experiences, thoughts, and behaviors that may be holding them back; and teaches alternative behaviors for moving through obstacles to experience relief and positive change. Allie draws from several modes of treatment to do this, depending on clients’ needs. These approaches include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy.
