Minor Inspirations LLC was founded in 2018 by Allisha Minor-Gaines, LMFT, as a safe space for individuals, couples, and families to explore, heal, and grow. What began as a solo practice rooted in Allisha’s deep passion for helping others has now expanded into a thriving group practice—bringing together a team of compassionate, skilled therapists who share her vision: to guide clients through life’s challenges by focusing on transformation, connection, and empowerment. Mission: Minor Inspirations LLC is a private practice striving to inspire minor changes within people for self-improvement, mental stability, and growth within their relationships through therapy, education, seminars, and consulting services. Minor Inspirations now offers a diverse range of specialties through its team of licensed clinicians. Whether working through trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting and co-parenting struggles, relationship challenges, grief, addiction, or self-worth issues, our team tailors therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. We value trust, confidentiality, and creating a respectful, empathetic space where all voices are heard and healing can take place. Our team offers a wide range of therapeutic services while also expanding beyond traditional therapy to provide community-based education and empowerment. Through seminars for couples and teens, Minor Inspirations is committed to educating and inspiring those who are seeking effective personal growth. These seminars address critical issues such as relationships, mental health, oppression, and self-worth, helping attendees build the tools necessary to thrive emotionally, mentally, and relationally.
