Introduction

Welcome! My name is Allison. I have been working as a Marriage & Family Therapist in Arizona for over 10 years and love working with couples and individuals. In recent years I have focused my training on Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help me work well with couples and with individuals who struggle with the effects of past traumas. I also work well with clients working through depression and anxiety.
