Introduction

I’m a Resident in Counseling in Virginia who has been practicing counseling since 2023. I have a Master's of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University, and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics and Sociology with a Minor in International Studies. I have 3 years of experience working with clients ages 18-65+ for individual, group, and couples counseling. I started my counseling career as an intern with the Loudoun County Domestic Violence Intervention Program, which I still contribute to on a part time basis providing psychoeducational group therapy and pro bono individual counseling. I specialize in relational issues, anxiety management, identity formation and life transitions, and I also have plans to pursue a certification as a sex therapist.
