Introduction

I work with high-achieving women and neurodivergent teens and adults who are navigating burnout, overwhelm, or a sense of feeling "stuck". Many of my clients are the "reliable ones" in their careers, relationships, and personal lives, juggling demanding roles while struggling to meet everyone’s needs, including their own. They often describe feeling physically and emotionally drained, disconnected from their authentic self, or weighed down by a persistent inner critic that equates their worth with how much they can accomplish. For the naturally intelligent and driven, the greatest barrier to healing is often the mask of low-maintenance success that keeps everyone else convinced you’re doing fine. I help my clients identify and resolve several common patterns that are usually driving their struggle: 1. The 'Always On' Mind: Using constant reflection and chronic analysis of experiences and interactions as a way to make sense of and process or control outcomes. 2. Functional Autopilot: Maintaining exceptional outward competence and achievement while secretly feeling numb, removed, or like you are simply 'performing' your existence. 3. Discomfort of Having Needs: Feeling like a burden for needing rest or support, leading you to hide your struggles to remain "low maintenance" for those around you. Rarely being aware of your true needs. 4. Delayed Emotional Processing: Functioning calmly and rationally during stress or a crisis, only to experience overwhelming waves of exhaustion or emotion after-the-fact, which can linger for hours to days. Using evidence-based, non-pathologizing frameworks, we’ll identify what feels out of alignment and create a pathway toward greater clarity and fulfillment. My approach is highly individualized and collaborative. Together, we move beyond just "knowing" these patterns intellectually to uncovering their emotional roots so that we can integrate more authentic and aligned patterns. A cornerstone of my work is Coherence Therapy, a powerful approach designed to create lasting change and symptom relief much faster than traditional talk therapy. By addressing the emotional roots of our behaviors, Coherence Therapy helps resolve even deeply ingrained patterns (like perfectionism or the constant energy drain of feeling "inadequate") in a way that feels natural and enduring. Sessions are a mix of emotional exploration and practical application, grounded in Coherence Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and relational approaches. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, embrace self-compassion, and move forward with confidence, purpose, and authentic alignment. Though I am currently full, I’d love to connect and add you to my waitlist if this feels like a good fit for what you're looking for! Joining the waitlist ensures you’ll be contacted as soon as an opening becomes available. If this feels like the right next step, I am happy to schedule a free consultation to discuss your goals and explore how we can work together.
