Introduction

Together we will begin moving your emotional state from "protection" mode to "connection" mode. With your vision for change we can create actionable steps to get there. I work with you to focus in on where your healing journey may be stuck. Many of my clients choose to develop a new way of relating to themselves and others with reparenting work. Many more address their trauma with the ever effective EMDR therapy, and yet some others may need a gentler and more somatic based approach for which we can utilize Deep Brain Reorienting. I primarily work with adults who are reexamining their upbringing, and moving into creating their own idea of family. My clinical training began with children and teens, who I still enjoy working with on the same needs as the adults but in real-time. I invite curiosity and authenticity to my work and hope you will join me here for healing. Please contact me for virtual appointments from the comfort of your own home in CO, IL, MA, or VT. I am also available to meet in-person at my office in Denver, CO.
