Introduction

Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and I believe the right therapeutic relationship can be life-changing. As the Clinical Director of Anchored in Healing, I am passionate about helping clients move beyond simply managing symptoms to understanding the deeper patterns that keep them feeling stuck. My work is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions, with a focus on creating meaningful, lasting change. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families facing concerns such as trauma, anxiety, ADHD, relationship conflict, betrayal, grief, and life transitions. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I also offer specialized clinical and forensic services for court-involved families, including reunification therapy, child and family evaluations, supervised visitation, parent coordination, and expert consultation. Whether I am working in a therapeutic or forensic role, my goal is to provide thoughtful, objective, and compassionate care tailored to each client's unique needs. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that empowers you with the insight and tools needed to build healthier relationships, greater resilience, and lasting hope.
