My approach is grounded in genuine warmth, deep curiosity, and a belief that you already have strengths we can build on. Our first session is an invitation to show up exactly as you are. I draw from a range of tools including Acceptance and Commitment, Solution-Focused, somatic practices, and mindfulness- all informed by my 15-year background as a wellness coach and plant-based chef.
