Introduction

Hello, my name is Allison and I have been in the field since 2016. I started off working at an inpatient and outpatient program at a psychiatric hospital. During my time, I grew passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I transitioned to private practice in 2020 where I have the privilege of experiencing the resiliency of my clients. I offer a warm, caring, challenging approach. I offer accelerated resolution therapy which can help decrease negative sensations and emotions associated with a variety of topics (ranging from trauma to substance abuse).
