I came to this work through nearly a decade in crisis intervention, learning that crisis is often transformation needing space to unfold. I specialize in burnout, occupational trauma, and moral injury - particularly for those in helping professions and high-stress careers who've built their identity around competence and reliability, now questioning who they are beyond that role. My work is in the liminal spaces: career transitions, post-hypervigilance adjustment, compassion fatigue. I create a relational space where symptoms are understood as survival strategies deserving recognition, where both guardian and sanctuary are honored. I integrate Brainspotting, somatic approaches, and depth psychology grounded in attachment and polyvagal theory. We'll work with nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and body-based processing, honoring how trauma lives in both body and meaning. This isn't about fixing what's broken, but understanding what kept you alive and exploring what serves you now. Working at the confluence of evidence-based trauma treatment and Jungian depth psychology, I draw from Brainspotting, mindfulness, parts work, and harm reduction, all whileI creating space where symptoms can be understood as survival strategies. Collaborative and warm, I offer deep listening and curiosity. I can be direct, yet am compassionate with accountability.
