Introduction

Currently I work with children, families, teens and adults, In-Person and Telehealth. As a licensed therapist in Tennessee, my professional approach centers on compassionate, holistic care for those experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I have extensive experience helping clients address challenges like social anxiety, panic disorders, and attachment issues. I specialize in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) for infant mental health for ages 0-5. I have training in the RUBI network for helping with parenting skills for children ages 3-14 with diagnosed autism support. I also offer play therapy for children, and I support kids with ADHD and their parents. My therapeutic practice is deeply rooted in understanding each person's unique journey. I offer a supportive environment where clients can explore personal growth, develop self-love, and reconnect with their life's purpose. Whether you're struggling with posttraumatic stress, parenting challenges, or seeking guidance through significant life changes, I'm committed to walking alongside you with empathy and professional expertise. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I provide tailored support that honors your individual experiences and goals. My approach is flexible and responsive, designed to help you build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful personal transformation.
