I specialize in supporting adults and older adolescents as they navigate life transitions, personal growth, and the journey into adulthood. I intend to create a compassionate, supportive space where you can slow down, feel seen and understood, and explore what truly matters to you. I believe healing begins with a deeper understanding of ourselves—our experiences, emotions, needs, strengths, and inner wisdom. In session, you can explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, reconnect with your authentic self, and create greater awareness of what you need to feel grounded and whole. My role is not to tell you who you should be, how you should feel, or how you should live. Instead, I support you as you discover what feels meaningful and authentic for you. Through this process, you can identify the changes you desire, envision the life you want to create, and take steps toward it with greater clarity, self-awareness, and intention. Therapy is an opportunity to honor the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and to develop a deeper sense of connection, resilience, and well-being. An Integrative Approach to Therapy With nearly 20 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Art Therapist, I bring a comprehensive and integrative approach to therapy. I recognize that every person is different, and meaningful therapeutic work should reflect your individual experiences, strengths, relationships, values, and goals. My advanced clinical training includes Advanced Clinical Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Transcendental Hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Embodiment, and Positive Psychology. These approaches give me a broad range of tools to tailor our work to your unique needs and preferences thoughtfully. I also have training and experience in complementary and experiential approaches, including art therapy, equine-guided learning, and experiential work with horses, meditation, Reiki, Healing Touch, Healing Den, and other heart-centered healing practices. My background in school-based counseling and prevention education has further shaped my understanding of the many experiences and environments that influence emotional well-being. Most importantly, I believe therapy is a collaborative process. You bring your lived experience, strengths, wisdom, hopes, and intentions; I bring my clinical experience, curiosity, and support. Together, we create a therapeutic space where you can explore, heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning. You have to be willing to begin.
