Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying the weight of past experiences, relationship struggles, grief, anxiety, or circumstances that seem impossible to navigate on your own. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them make sense of what they’re experiencing, heal from painful patterns, and develop practical tools for moving forward. I take a compassionate yet direct approach to counseling. I believe meaningful change requires a safe and supportive relationship, but it also requires honesty, accountability, and sometimes a willingness to have difficult conversations. My role is not simply to listen, but to help you recognize patterns, challenge what may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of moving forward. I have experience working with families experiencing conflict, strained parent-child relationships, co-parenting challenges, communication breakdowns, and difficult family transitions. When conflict has created distance, resentment, or a loss of trust, I provide a structured and neutral environment where family members can begin to communicate differently, establish healthier boundaries, and work toward repairing relationships when possible. My goal is to help you through life's difficulties knowing you're not alone by creating healthier, lasting patterns.
