I’ve been in private practice for over 20 years, working with adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that feel difficult to change. Over time, I’ve learned that meaningful therapy isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about developing clarity, self-trust, and healthier ways of relating. Using EMDR therapy, I help adults heal from traumatic and distressing life experiences that may be keeping them stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life they want to live. Trauma can impact self worth, relationships, decision-making and the ability to move confidently through life transitions. Through the EMDR process, clients can reduce emotional distress, access more adaptive and balnced thinking, and begin to feel greater clarity, resilience, and overall happiness. My goal is to help clients move forward with a stronger sense of peace, empowerment, and emotional freedom.
