Introduction

I'm Allison (they/she), and I specialize in eating disorder and trauma therapy for people who've been told they're "too much" or given every diagnosis under the sun without ever feeling truly seen. You've left sessions feeling exhausted from explaining your existence to previous providers and more confused than when you logged in. I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent folks, and people navigating eating disorder recovery who need therapy that celebrates—not just tolerates—all aspects of their identity. I believe that recovery is possible for everyone and that there is no "one size fits all" definition of recovery. Whether you're new to ditching diet culture or have had multiple treatment stays, I'm ready to join you on your recovery journey. My approach is rooted in body liberation, harm reduction, and patient-centered care that honors your lived experience. I'm here to create space where you can show up exactly as you are—no explaining, no performing, just healing.
