Rooted in evidence-based modalities, my approach is multi-cultural, trauma-informed, and tailored specifically for you. Pain is inevitable, but suffering is not. I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, obsessive thoughts, chronic shame, or other issues that interfere with the life they want to live. During our initial sessions, we will work together to identify treatment goals and an approach that can help you feel your best. My therapeutic approach emphasizes psychoeducation and exploring how our brains work to protect us, even when those protective responses no longer serve us. I integrate principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you deepen your self-understanding, build meaningful skills, and create lasting change in alignment with the person you want to become.
