I've worked with children, teens, and families for over 26 years as a Licensed School Psychologist and child therapist, bringing deep expertise in child development, learning differences, and educational advocacy. I meet each young person exactly where they are, using play-based approaches with younger children and evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness with older children and teens. Whether a child is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum challenges, or behavioral concerns, I help them build emotional regulation, coping skills, and confidence. I also provide comprehensive neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations with a neurodiversity-affirming lens. Collaboration is central to my work. I partner closely with parents and schools to translate assessment findings into practical strategies that support growth at home and in the classroom. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, accepting Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, UnitedHealthcare, Step Up for Students, and Self-Pay. I'm honored to walk alongside families as they navigate their child's unique journey.
