My passion for helping others comes from my own experiences with mental health challenges as a teenager. I understand how overwhelming life can feel, especially during the transition into young adulthood, and I’m committed to creating a supportive space where you can feel understood while working toward meaningful change. I work primarily with teens and adults and use a practical, flexible approach tailored to meet your needs. I integrate CBT and DBT to help shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, along with EMDR to help process experiences that may still feel stuck. I accept most commercial insurance plans and aim to make therapy approachable and accessible while you navigate school, work, relationships, and life changes.
