Introduction

I don’t just believe personal transformation is possible—I’ve lived it. Experiencing profound change through therapy led me to pursue graduate training at Arizona State University so I could help others grow and heal. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals and couples navigating faith transitions, including leaving a religious community, managing mixed-faith relationships, and rebuilding a sense of identity and meaning. I also support couples navigating relational shifts, such as infidelity, changes in intimacy, and parenting stress, providing a steady, affirming space where both partners can feel heard, explore meaning, and gently consider whether and how repair may be possible. In addition to my ongoing graduate coursework, I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Fundamentals of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). While under supervision, I am exploring additional trainings in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other trauma-informed care. Feel free to reach out & see if we may be a great fit!
