My journey into counseling began with a passion for understanding people’s stories and a deep commitment to supporting healing and growth. Over the years, I’ve specialized in trauma recovery, relationship counseling, parenting support, and working with neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. I’m trained in evidence-based approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
