Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially when you are used to carrying things on your own. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow things down, better understand what you are feeling, and explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be affecting your life. I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, identity, self-esteem, and stress. My approach is collaborative and conversational, drawing from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and strength-based approaches depending on each client’s needs and goals. I believe therapy is not only about understanding where we have been, but also about deciding how we want to move forward. Together, we can explore what matters to you, recognize strengths you may already have, and work toward choices that better align with the person you want to become.
