If you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I help people regulate their nervous systems and rebuild a sense of stability, clarity, and trust in themselves. Many of my clients come to me after trying everything- talk therapy, medication, or different wellness approaches- and still feel like something isn’t fully shifting. They may understand themselves better, but still feel disconnected from their bodies, drained, or easily overwhelmed. Stress continues to show up physically, through fatigue, pain, or recurring symptoms that are hard to manage. WHO I WORK WITH I primarily support adults experiencing: -Anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders -Chronic stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm -Chronic health conditions (pain, fatigue, autoimmune issues) -Nervous system dysregulation (feeling stuck in fight, flight, or freeze) I also have experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, eating disorders, and complex mind-body symptoms. WHAT MAKES THIS APPROACH DIFFERENT This isn’t about pushing through, fixing yourself, or following rigid protocols. Instead, we work collaboratively to understand your unique nervous system and build practices that actually meet you where you are. Sessions integrate: -Yoga therapy and somatic practices -Nervous system regulation tools -Breathwork and body-based awareness -Coaching for emotional regulation and resilience Everything is tailored to you—your body, your pace, your life. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Clients I work with often start to notice: -Feeling calmer without forcing it -Less reactivity and more emotional stability -A stronger sense of connection to their body -More clarity, confidence, and capacity in daily life -Tools they can actually use when things feel overwhelming ABOUT ME I’m a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and experienced coach with over 1,000 hours of training, specializing in mental health, trauma, and chronic conditions. My approach integrates both Eastern and Western perspectives and is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for your lived experience. I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about learning how to support yourself in a more sustainable and connected way.
