Introduction

Life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate them alone. At Positive Path Counseling, I strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply seeking personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion, understanding, and respect. My approach is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and move forward with greater confidence, hope, and purpose. As a Stage 3 breast cancer survivor, U.S. Navy veteran with eight years of service, and someone who has been married for more than 34 years, I understand firsthand the strength, resilience, and courage it can take to navigate life’s unexpected challenges and transitions. These experiences have deepened my compassion and strengthened my commitment to supporting others through difficult seasons of life. Together, we will work toward building resilience, discovering your strengths, and creating positive change at a pace that feels right for you. Your story matters, your path matters, and I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
