Introduction

I provide a professional, informed, and warm environment for adults, teens, and couples seeking to address depression, anxiety, communication difficulties, religious/spiritual trauma, and an overall feeling of being stuck in life. I believe healing and growth takes place within a safe therapeutic relationship and by gaining insight into one’s defenses, repeating patterns, and unattended emotional experiences. Initially I spend time establishing rapport by cultivating an environment of safety and trust while also learning about one’s social, emotional, and family history. Together we will explore early attachment figures and experiences to gain clarity around unconscious defenses, cut-off parts of self, and how one is positioning themself in relationships and their environment. My undergrad is a BBA in Business Management from Baylor University and My master’s degree is a MA in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
