Introduction

I'm a solution-focused counselor committed to helping you create meaningful, lasting change. I believe healing begins when we identify the root of the problem and work together to process it with intention and care. I often use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy, to support this process and help you move forward with clarity and confidence. My goal is to empower you—to help you take ownership of your healing, trust your inner strength, and step into a new beginning that feels more grounded, hopeful, and whole. At Dayspring Counseling, this is where a new era of your life can begin. I offer individual counseling sessions with adults via secure telehealth, giving you the flexibility to meet from the comfort of your own home. Whether you're juggling a busy schedule or simply prefer the ease of meeting in a familiar space, virtual sessions make therapy more accessible while still providing the same depth, connection, and support. I'm currently in the process of becoming credentialed with insurance companies. In the meantime, I offer private pay services (meaning the client is responsible for the full fee) and can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
