Introduction

Welcome to Tryumph! What brings you here to consider therapy? How can I help? Those can be intimidating questions but therapy is collaborative and we will work together to explore your needs. You determine the pace. You are the authority on your experiences. I am an LPC licensed to work in both Pennsylvania and Virginia, currently offering telehealth outpatient therapy. Since 2003, I have had the privilege of working with individuals across diverse settings and life experiences including adolescents, adults, veterans, LGBTQIA+ and individuals from marginalized and underserved communities. As a therapist my focus is to create a safe, validating and nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard and supported. My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy while honoring your lived experiences, strengths and goals. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, ... If you are looking for support and wondering if therapy can be that fit, I welcome your questions and would be honored to support you in your next steps.
