Hello, my name is Alyssa and I am so glad you have found me! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist whose approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and understanding. I believe that every person is equipped with the strengths necessary to succeed in all areas of their lives, and I enjoy supporting people in identifying what these are. I focus primarily on working with children, teens, and adults. I also offer parenting support. My first goal is always to make people feel comfortable, cared for, and supported. I believe the client is the expert of their own life! Together, we can explore specific areas of concern and learn tools that can be applied to everyday life. I am here to be curious and compassionate.
