I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma, especially for women, parents, and couples. I’m EMDR-trained and do a lot of work around life transitions and relationships. My areas of focus include parenting, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, divorce, women’s issues, family conflict, codependency, spirituality, and concerns across the lifespan, including work with older adults. As a military spouse and mother of three, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding of family life, transitions, and resilience into my work. My work is grounded in CBT and informed by IFS and attachment-based approaches. I am EMDR-trained and help clients process trauma, anxiety, and experiences that feel “stuck,” so they can build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Therapy is not about changing the past, but about helping past experiences become integrated in ways that allow you to thrive in the present and move toward the future with hope. If you are seeking a therapist who offers structure, compassion, and intentionality, I would welcome the opportunity to support you in your growth and healing.
