Introduction

I've been a practicing clinician since 2016, working across school-based, outpatient, and residential settings with children, teenagers, adults, and elders. My passion is meeting each person exactly where they are and helping them discover their own strength to move forward. I specialize in trauma and depression, and I'm equipped to work with anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment challenges, self-esteem concerns, and much more—including support for LGBTQIA+ individuals. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and behavioral techniques tailored to your needs. Recently, I transitioned from agency work to start my own practice so I could focus fully on what matters most to me: creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up authentically and explore what's possible for your life. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
