Welcome! Navigating life’s hurdles, whether processing complex trauma, managing big life transitions, or supporting a child through developmental and academic pressures, requires a compassionate and grounded approach. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S), I partner with children, adolescents, young adults, and families to help them build resilience, executive functioning skills, and lasting emotional growth. My clinical background is rooted in trauma-informed, crisis-oriented care, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and solution-focused strategies. I specialize in supporting children, adolescents and college students, with a particular passion for working alongside Gifted & Talented (GT) and "Twice-Exceptional" (2e) individuals navigating social anxiety, perfectionism, or major transitions. Additionally, I offer specialized support and grief work for those processing pet loss or the human-animal bond, as well as short-term diagnostic and parental guidance consultations. I have worked closely with law enforcement and first responders for the past 16+ years in the fields of child sexual abuse investigation and crime victim support and can assist in work on secondary traumatic stress, navigating the justice system, and trauma and crisis services. Additionally I am certified to provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations for established clients. Every individual and family possesses innate strength—my goal is to provide the empathetic space and practical tools you need to thrive.
